Client Project Coordinator

Job Title: Senior Client Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and committed professional to join our Client Project Management team, the backbone of our business operations. As a Senior Client Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of client projects. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of project management activities aimed at aligning stakeholders and optimizing resources for successful outcomes.

In this position, you will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including content delivery specialists (consultants, onboarders, implementation specialists, and instructors), technical experts for our Learning Management System (LMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and other product teams, as well as business owners and managers. Your role is central to coordinating efforts and ensuring that all parties are equipped and prepared to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

About the role:

Coordinate and manage various aspects of client projects to ensure timely and effective delivery.Foster collaboration among content delivery specialists, technical experts, and business managers.Serve as a pivotal point of contact for stakeholders involved in project execution.Oversee the administrative and logistical elements of professional services engagements.Provide comprehensive reporting on project activities by gathering, compiling, and summarizing relevant data.Participate in special projects and initiatives to support the team’s strategic objectives.

About you:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.Fluent in English.Proficient in software applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Intermediate to expert knowledge in enterprise management systems and learning management systems preferred.Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.Ability to quickly learn new tools (e.g., enterprise management systems).Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.Customer experience focused.Encourage new ideas, champion innovation, and drive efficiency.
