We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations Client Support team at Mercer. This role will be based in Phoenix, and it is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Client Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our Finance and Analytics leader and Client Management leader, utilizing strong critical thinking, discretion, and follow-through skills to monitor and manage various tasks and projects.
We will count on you to:
Manage complex calendars, coordinate scheduling, document meeting notes, finalize newsletters for distribution, and management of our MS Teams channelCreate and edit documents using advanced technical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint while ensuring all documents produced adhere to Mercer's global identity/document standardsCreate and run high level PowerPoint presentationsProvide editorial peer review of documents before final production/distribution to ensure quality control of the final productHandle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity while communicating openly and often among team membersStrive to promote smooth workflow and ensure team needs are metFrequently interact and collaborate with senior-level leadership while performing tasks under limited supervisionEstablish, maintain, and manage client subject files, personal working files, and legal plan documents as applicableContribute to accurate client/project budget management through accurate and prompt time entryAssist team with a variety of tasks as assignedWhat you need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a consulting environment or professional service industryAdvanced computer skills, including extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SmartSheetStrong judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and decision-making skillsAbility to work well under pressure and with limited direction while handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectivelyExceptional interpersonal and business communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organizationStrong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skillsDemonstrated problem solving capabilitiesWhat makes you stand out?
