Client Project Manager

HM Health Solutions Inc. d/b/a enGen, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, has a work-at-home Senior Client Project Manager position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems) to drive customer value through client-facing advisory and delivery services in support of HM Health Solutions' product offerings. Responsibilities include: (i) systems implementations; (ii) quality assurance and automation; (iii) problem solving and risk mitigation; and (iv) developing audits, training, and process improvement materials.

Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related position.

Must have two (2) years of experience with project management and audits.

Must have one (1) year of experience with each of the following: (i) technology platform delivery; (ii) risk-based testing and orthogonal array testing strategies; and (iii) Pareto Chart analysis and implementations.

Must have any experience with or knowledge of: (i) leading project team members and associates for technical implementations; (ii) managing end-to-end application implementation and support; and (iii) project planning, including (but not limited to) budget, risk, and change management.

Experience can be concurrent.

Must be willing and able to travel domestically to client locations up to 25%.
