Reuters Imagen is looking for an client-facing Project Manager to work predominantly with our east coast clients and wider global roster of sports and media partners.

As Client Project Manager for Reuters Imagen, you'll be responsible for managing the full integration and tailoring of Imagen software with our partners' digital archives and assets. Reuters Imagen helps sports organizations and media companies manage and distribute their content libraries to partners and stakeholders through a secure and highly customizable cloud-based media management and distribution platform. Our clients include many of the world’s leading sports and media organizations including Premier League, FIFA, Major League Soccer and Major League Baseball.

About the Role

As Client Project Manager at Reuters Imagen, you will:

Work with international clients in a consultative manner to understand their content management, asset and digital archive needs and expectations.

Define the scope, goals, and deliverables of the project in collaboration with key stakeholders. You'll use your excellent communications skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical customers in a way they'll understand, paying particular attention to managing risks.

Plan and manage project execution including, timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques.

Work with the DevOps, Sales and Technical Pre-sales teams to create deployment plans, mapping timescales, identifying risk, highlighting dependencies, and establishing a clear route to completion.

Monitor and report on project progress, as well as handle any necessary adjustments to project constraints, deploying your problem solving skills as necessary.

Manage project budgets and financial objectives, ensuring that the project is delivered within the approved budget and that all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Use the Statement of Work as a scope definition and management tool, whilst setting and managing customer expectations from the beginning of projects and drive successful achievement of all deliverables.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Client Project Manager at Reuters Imagen if you have:

Demonstrable experience experience in a project management role, with a focus on customer-facing projects, software deployments, asset management, IT transformation, and/or change management.

Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset, able to work closely with clients, sales and dev-ops teams to manage and deliver successful projects.

Experience working in a fast-paced, environment, comfortable adhering to multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in the use of industry standard project management tools and software such as Monday, Smartsheet, or MS Project

Experience in work item management utilizing ADO and/or Jira

Experience in working with modern media asset management technologies and methodologies

Familiarity with both Waterfall, Agile and Scrum project management methodologies

Understanding of IT concepts, including networking, security, and data management.

Experience with the SDLC, cloud hosting technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.), HTML, CSS, Powershell, and MySQL is advantageous.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $83,090 - $154,310. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
