Responsibilities
The Client Relations Executive I makes essential contributions to the achievement of the organization’s objectives as a field-based business development representative, consistently meeting the volume expectations for referrals and admissions. Maintains and grows current market share, growing new sources of business to support the branch’s business plan. Works with the Director, Business Development, Regional Vice President and branch Director, Operations to develop and execute specific strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets, patient experience and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, and hospital systems, to expand our referral network.
Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and other leaders to create and implement strategies that achieve revenue targets and enhance patient experiences.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress, utilizing our Relationship Management System to inform strategic decisions.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on field activities and outcomes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and strategies.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent business experience; healthcare professional credentials are required.
At least one year of sales experience, preferably within the healthcare or home health is required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Willingness and ability to travel as required; a valid driver's license and auto liability insurance are mandatory.
