About the team

The Worldpay for New Business Customer Due Diligence team are responsible for assessing all new Worldpay for Business applications ensuring that we know who the customer is, how they operate and their ownership structure. This helps to protect Worldpay and the industry from financial crime, money laundering and terrorist financing. The team is highly commercialized balancing AML risk processes with fantastic customer experience. The team is award winning and known to deliver record levels of service.

What you’ll own

As an Implementation Manager you will be owning and managing the initial boarding & implementation process for small corporate customers. Coordinate with clients, relationship managers and other appropriate areas to ensure clients are properly serviced, paperwork is properly executed, and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts.

Manage relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities for service improvement and ensure commercial viability and customer satisfaction. Work with all relevant parties to ensure Boarding and Implementation requirements are understood and accounted for.Manage the roll-out of terminals to corporate customers.Act as boarding & implementation Subject Matter Expert during implementation stage of the project. Assist boarding implementation, maintain processes, regular meetings & reviews to ensure timely boarding and roll-out to meet corporate customer and business requirements within agreed SLA’sPlan and implement the ideas for improving customer boarding and implementation experience/ journey. Assist teams with boarding tools trainings, technical, customer and process queries as and when needed.Be aware of upcoming products/ technologies and changes to existing products/ technologies ensuring awareness to the customer during the roll-out phase.Work with relevant Boarding, Technical and third-party teams to deal with any customer, technical and process issues during the project/ roll-out phase. Capture defects and enhancement and report them to the relevant technical/ project teams. Be part of project handover to the BAU support. Be technical and escalation point of contact for all Sales teams, Boarding Teams, and other stakeholders for all Boarding & Implementation queries.Maintain the adherence and compliance to all company provided PCI/ Non-PCI tools, policies, and processes.Manage and deliver on-demand/ Customer projects/ tasks.
