The Client Relations Manager, PTE Vietnam, will work with the Senior Client Relations Manager, PTE Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos to implement a growth strategy for PTE Academic in Vietnam. This role will involve working with key internal and external stakeholders to grow test bookings and ensure key growth metrics and KPIs are achieved within Vietnam.
The role will involve developing and managing partnerships with local stakeholders including education, and migration agents, and commercial and academic language/test prep providers.
The role will work closely with the Senior Client Relations Manager and Marketing teams, as well as collaborating with Asia Client Relations.

Reporting to Senior Client Relations Manager, PTE Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos, this position will:
Develop and manage partnerships and negotiate commercial deals with stakeholders including, education and migration agents, commercial and academic language/test prep providers, and others. Proactively position PTE Academic and expand brand and product awareness and understanding with customers and key external stakeholders. Attend and promote PTE at key industry events, presenting to groups of stakeholders online and offline.Success will be measured by the achievement of annual sales targets and other KPIs, with evidence of regular monitoring and review and reporting progress to management.
A successful applicant needs to be able to work independently, while maintaining close alignment/relations with other key business functions such as marketing, to achieve key objectives within Vietnam.
Contribute to expanding brand and product awareness among customers and key external stakeholders. Support the implementation of communications plans to increase awareness of PTE Academic.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
5 years+ experience working in international education/international student recruitment/TEFL and with associated stakeholder groups such as education/migration agents, language schools, universities, etc. Ability to think strategically, plan, and execute, with evidence of successful business growth. Significant evidence of success in building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships leading to commercial opportunities, particularly in the education sector. Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively to a range of different audiences. Highly developed oral and presentation skills.
