Job Title: Client Relations Specialist
Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to manage customer orders and inquiries efficiently. The ideal candidate will excel in handling a high volume of customer orders while maintaining a positive attitude and a success-oriented mindset.

ResponsibilitiesReceive and validate orders from the company web-based system, and process them in the in-house system.Provide pricing information on orders and generate quotes.Investigate and resolve issues with orders, identifying the source of any problems.Answer customer inquiries via a 1-800 phone number, handling less than 100 inbound calls a day.Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely shipment of orders to the warehouse.Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone and email.Utilize multiple technology platforms to address customer needs.Provide knowledgeable answers to questions regarding products, pricing, and availability.Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.Research and resolve discrepancies reported by customers.Essential SkillsCustomer service experienceData entry proficiencyExperience in a call center environmentInbound call handlingProficiency in email communicationExcel data entry skills1-3 years of relevant work experienceExceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workQuick learner with attention to detailBoth people- and process-orientedAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree (preferred but not required)Technology inclinedExperience with ExcelWork Environment

This position requires working onsite in an office setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
