As a Client Relations Specialist, you are responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients in your assigned territory and being an advocate for the client. You must liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. You are essential to resolving conflicts with the client and winning new business by upselling to meet client needs. You will connect with various stakeholders and business executives to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
