Client Relations Specialist – Triage Support
Location: Braintree Hill Park, MA or Kansas City, MO

A full suite of solutions for core recordkeeping to help firms master complexities across the retirement lifecycle from accumulation to drawdown.
The Client Support team works closely with all functional teams across the organization to facilitate the resolution of client reported issues, service requests, and/or retirement plan operational issues. The team serves as an extension of the Relationship Management team supporting TRAC clients. The Client Relations Specialists are crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations for effective retirement solutions.
Retirement Plan Services experience is essential.
