Responsibilities

**This is a weekend position.  *Candidate must live in Ohio or Kentucky.

As a Client Relations Support Associate, you hold the key to unlocking new opportunities, trends, and changes that will shape our business strategies. Your keen insights and observations will help us plan and execute with precision, propelling us towards greater success. By maintaining and expanding our market share, you will be instrumental in driving the realization of our business plan.

In your role, you will meet with patients and caregivers, coordinating services for their transition to home or an assisted living environment. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted promptly, ensuring smooth transitions and peace of mind.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required. 

Minimum one year of related industry experience - in health care, sales, or customer service setting.

Minimum one year of sales experience preferred.
