We are looking for a Client Relationship Associate to join the Private Clients team as part of our Tax and Legal Line of Service. With a solid foundation of technical expertise and best practices, we provide a wide range of services to a variety of ultra high net worth individuals. Our team at PwC Malta is dedicated to delivering excellence through the various service offerings supporting our clients’ specific needs and circumstances.

Your Mission

Assist in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service in the immigration and tax space.

Manage the administration aspect of immigration applications.

Be a main point of contact for clients, providing seamless communication and timely updates

Assist clients during their visits to Malta, ensuring their experience is smooth and efficient

Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive support to clients

Engage with clients, their families, and personnel from local public and private institutions

Develop an extensive knowledge base of technical matters, as well as key local institutions, including government departments

Collaborate with a team of dedicated colleagues who mutually support each other

About You

The successful candidate will possess: 

 Strong command of English 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively

Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality 

A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to adapt to a changing environment 

Prior experience in a client facing role in a service provider environment and possession of a bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, accounting or a related field would be considered an asset.
