This role is focused on a range of products and services with the portfolio consisting of:
Superannuation fund administrationA wealth platform for pensions savings and investmentsAn enterprise digital platform for funds, advisors and membersRole Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop personal relationships with key and senior client contacts externally and internally.Ensure a detailed understanding of our client's business, products, strategy, requirements and understand the impact on SS&C’s service offering.Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs, to effectively position SS&C in the marketLiaise with Leads and Heads of internal business areas to monitor and ensure timely and quality service provided.Achieve year on year growth targets through understanding the financial drivers of your stakeholders.Lead new business proposal processes through a deep understanding of SS&C’s products, services and technologies and how these can add value to a client.Lead all commercial and contractual relationships for clients.Work with our clients and SS&C teams to always ensure customer satisfaction and communicate with internal stakeholders and executives of any potential areas of concern.Act as the senior point of contact for escalations and owns the resolution process.Drive solution process improvement and change through awareness of all clients change requests/projects and how they fit into their strategic roadmap of change.Responsible for provision of relevant information to client contacts and internal stakeholders in a timely manner and in an appropriate format.Skills and Competencies:
Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy.Demonstrates a deep understanding of client needs and strives to exceed client expectationsKnowledge of Superannuation and Financial Services regulatory environment.Capable of developing and implementing long-term strategies to achieve business objectivesCommitted to achieving growth targets and driving continuous improvementSolid understanding of the operating models, business strategy, structure and product offering.Excellent communication skills.Good analytical skills.Good verbal reasoning and numerical skills.What You Will Bring:
