Client Relationship Management Assistant - 12 Month Placement- Mercer UK
We are seeking a talented individual to join the Global Client Director (“GCD”) team at Mercer. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We are an international, dynamic and diverse team working on a variety of global projects with a passion to help our clients. This role is key to the success of the team, and involves supporting across all areas of client-facing and internal facilitation.
We will count on you to:
Coordinate and catalog client-facing communications, including project management of the weekly client email and curation of existing content.
Add key client news to relevant team sites and flag important events and materials to all GCDs to manage information flow effectively.
Support analysis of client revenue by identifying trends, aligning with annual account planning and providing data driven insights.
Assist GCDs in attending meetings by taking notes and uploading relevant information.
Provide data and insights for the monthly Client Board to monitor client health and drive outcome improvements.
Support preparation for and attendance at client strategy meetings, and assist GCDs in identifying key contacts and insights for prospect clients.
What you need to have:
On track to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 in your degree
Legal work authorisation to work in the UK on a permanent and ongoing basis
Available to start the year placement in August 2025
