We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Benefits team as a Client Relationship Management - Senior Analyst at Marsh McLennan Turkey. This role will be based in our Ankara office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The successful applicant will lead the account management process with a diverse range of clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.
We will count on you to:
Help Account Manager review information pertaining to client insurance programs to ensure the information is accurate.
Help support the renewal cycle by ensuring renewal protocol is completed (via tools available), gathering information, tracking quotes, and ensuring documents are issued correctly and on-time in accordance with our professional standards.
Work with Account Manager to maintain proper records for reporting and audit purposes and process insurance and claims details into the database.
Begin to maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth and retention.
Assist Account Manager with ongoing client service issues to improve the client experience.
What you need to have:
University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Banking.
At least 3 years of experience in customer and policy operations management.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, customer-focused, and quality-conscious.
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with initiative.
Successful in interpersonal relations and highly persuasive.
Proficient in MS Office programs.
Minimum B1 level of English proficiency.
