Client Relationship Manager, Employee Benefits
What can you expect?
This position sits in the Corporate team where you will build excellent relationships with your assigned portfolio of globally or regionally appointed corporate clients and deliver service within / exceeding clients’ expectations.
We will count on you to:
Perform tasks related to the quoting, binding, and servicing of new and renewal accounts to assist with serving clients.
Help develop new products by keeping management aware of client's needs.
Assist with responding to client requests for information, coordinating with other departments as necessary, and clearing with Broker.
Update more senior-level Brokers and Supervisors on issues, progress etc., regularly and upon request to assist the Broker with serving clients.
Assist in the timely production of placement slips, cover notes, and policies and in tracing payment and collecting of premiums to provide quality deliverables to clients.
Maintain business relationships to better serve clients.
Trains new employees and monitors workflow to ensure the group runs smoothly.
May analyze documents and bond forms, as well as banking terms and conditions.
May examine and interpret the terms and conditions of General Agreement of Indemnity required to be executed by Clients to support all surety transactions.
May analyze financial statements for all industries with specific knowledge of each industry unique financial metrics.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 5 years of working experience in Employee Benefits segment within the broking/insurance industry.
Strong domain knowledge, and client management experience in health and benefits consulting.
Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
Analytical, critical thinking, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
MAS qualification is required for this role

General knowledge of Compensation & Benefit practices (employee benefit underwriting, health care management, flexible benefits, and alternative funding).
