Our Private Client Services team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to join our busy and high-performing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing private trusts and companies throughout their lifecycle, from inception to termination.

As Vice President, you will play a key role in supervising and mentoring client relationship managers, fostering their growth while ensuring exceptional client service. You will also oversee compliance with company policies, adherence to Cayman regulatory requirements, and the continual updating of due diligence records.

Some of the things you’ll be doing: 

Independently manage a portfolio of trusts and companies. Liaise with clients, prioritize their requests, and meet regulatory deadlines. Identify and resolve issues related to trust administration. Maintain and update records accurately. Review and provide feedback on trust documentation. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Proactively cross-sell services within the team’s portfolio. Obtain and review leads, ensuring the correct documentation and due diligence are completed.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? 

7-10 years of proven experience in administering trusts and companies. Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for trust and company management. STEP qualification or a similar professional designation is preferred. Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Familiarity with cross-selling services and completing due diligence processes. Demonstrated experience in supervising and mentoring team members. Ability to support team development and handle complex trust-related issues effectively.
