Client Relationship Manager – Risk Management Accounts

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in the Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to

Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, delivering exceptional, personalized service to meet their insurance needs.Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of client accounts to identify and capitalize on opportunities for coverage enhancements or adjustments.Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized insurance solutions that precisely address client requirements and mitigate risks.Efficiently manage policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processes, ensuring seamless and accurate handling.Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients, providing timely updates on industry developments, policy changes, and emerging risks that may impact their coverage.

What you need to have:

Proven experience in Commercial Insurance, with a strong preference for client-facing roles.Expertise in insurance products and services, including risk assessment and underwriting processes.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with advanced negotiation capabilities.Strong ability to forge and maintain connections with client counterparts and internal stakeholders.- Comprehensive knowledge of various types of insurance coverage, such as property and casualty lines
