Client Relationship Manager

A bit about the job:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage, service, and develop relationships with UK Domestic and Global Platforms. This role ensures product availability across key intermediary platforms to support strategic sales initiatives. The successful candidate will identify risks to existing relationships and implement appropriate action plans alongside key stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating and hosting regular relationship reviews, SLA and due diligence visits, in collaboration with the Distribution Oversight Manager and Financial Crime teams. The role involves owning and coordinating the prompt resolution of client issues, including reporting, performance, technical fund, and fee billing queries. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with senior stakeholders across all Aviva Investors business areas is essential. The candidate will take ownership of the distributor and client onboarding process for pooled products, including coordinating and completing legal agreements and fund load templates. Additionally, they will lead the implementation of legal agreement amendments for existing platforms, ensuring formalisation of any amendments.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
A strong communicator able to listen to clients, understand their issues and deal with people at all levels.
Proven ability to take ownership of and provide professional judgement of complex client queries and achieve successful resolution by influencing colleagues and third parties.
A strong collaborator able to build effective relationships with different business areas across Aviva Investors.
Practical awareness of relevant regulatory requirements and distributor oversight.
Motivated to deliver first class relationship management/client service, balancing the needs of the client with those of Aviva Investors.
