Client Relationship Manager

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for high-level relationship management and acts as client liaison during delivery of an outsourced solution, whether it is an IT or business process outsourced solution. Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship. Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities. Works with the delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client’s business.
 

What you’ll do:

High-level relationship management and acts as client liaison during delivery of an outsourced solution, whether it is an IT or business process outsourced solution

Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship

Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities

Works with delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client’s business

What experience you need:

BS or BA degree in communications, education, or related field, or equivalent experience

4 years of experience in customer service, project management, or sales

Ability to travel up to 50%

What could set you apart:

B2B Sales experience selling software-as-a service solutions. Strong plus if you have experience selling to government and/or public sector.

Strong executive presence, with proven experience communicating with C-suite executives

Experience in law enforcement, public safety or similar

Understanding of government procurement process

Experience in training, community education and/or public relations

Ability to effectively leverage technology to build strong relationships with the accounts in its portfolio

Experience working with databases is preferred

Strong organizational and customer management skills

Proven willingness and ability to assume ownership of accounts

Proven willingness and ability to make positive contributions in a team environment
