Utilize market knowledge, research, and direct customer input to identify current and future customer requirements ensuring expectations are defined, understood, and integrated into product and/or service offerings
Act as primary conduit for strategic marketing initiatives by promoting the value of Eyefinity products to key accounts through satisfaction results, service performance results, technology advancements, and quality or production advancements
Develop solutions that meet key account needs and fit within the organization’s products and processes
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify and address requirements as they relate to the organization’s products and service offerings
Function as primary service contact to achieve and maintain high satisfaction levels and ensure client retention; document-specific account requirements and work back with Product Management team for inclusion in product roadmap
Participate in and facilitate key account meetings
Develop and manage the implementation process to ensure key accounts are implemented according to requirements and performance standards; work with internal business partners to address custom key account requirements; ensure account requirements are documented and communicated
Proactively monitor key accounts to identify problematic issues; escalate client issues to the appropriate business partners and drive solutions as needed
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of account management experience
In-depth understanding of software and/or optical industry
Demonstrated expertise with all VSP Vision products and services
Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence business partners and effectively partner with senior-level management
Ability to manage multiple concurrent account implementations and business issues
Strong understanding of VSP Vision business objectives and the business environment
Proven ability to adapt to change quickly and work effectively within an agile environment
Skill to target communication to audiences including VSP management and outside organizations
Proven problem identification and solving capabilities
Ability to travel 25%-50% of time

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
