What this opportunity involves: 

JLL is seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to join our Tenant Representation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business development and lead client relationships in the corporate real estate sector.

An overview of the role:  

Identify and secure new business opportunities in the mid-market and upper quartile corporate accountsFocus on Victoria, South Australia, and Perth marketsDevelop trust with clients by understanding their real estate needs and pain pointsCollaborate with brokers to create strategic plans and win businessWork closely with other JLL teams to maximise cross-selling opportunitiesContribute to marketing initiatives, proposals, and presentationsBecome a subject matter expert in office property across core Australian marketsDevelop and maintain an efficient CRM system to ensure no missed opportunities

Strong business development and relationship-building skillsProven experience in a Client Relationship position, preferably 8 years or moreSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to set stretch targets and monitor performanceFinancial acumen and results-driven mindsetHigh level of integrity and ethicsConfident in calling prospects and managing the sales pipeline
