About the Role

Responsible for account management activities and achieving targets for direct clients assigned

Quantitative

To achieve VONB targetsTo achieve persistency targetsTo follow up and to achieve due premium targetsTo ensure agreed service levels are achievedEnsure renewal invitation issued to customers 6 weeks prior to expiry dateEnsure customer enquiry and complaints responded within: 24 hours for verbal & email/48 hours for written.

Qualitative

To foster positive relationships with assigned clientsTo conduct benefit review and provide recommendations for enhancements to customersTo conduct or to assist in client communication sessionsTo ensure timely and accurate reports are deliveredTo consistently upsell and cross sell AIAs various line of business

Requirements

Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum 2 years related industry experienceCertifications/licenses – HI, M5 and M9
