Client Relationship Manager - High-end Residential
About this role
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding market presence. Your responsibilities will include identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and enhancing our footprint in the luxury residential and commercial sectors. 

Duties and Responsibilities: Manage incoming project inquiries, ensuring conversion to sales. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship building. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals. Collaborate with design and project management teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and expectations. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to leverage opportunities. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence, including managing social media platforms.
Skills and Requirements: Proven experience in business development within the architecture, construction, or real estate sectors. Strong understanding of luxury residential projects, multi-unit developments, and commercial interior fit-outs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field (preferred). A passion for design and a keen eye for detail. Mandarin speaking preferred
