Client Relationship Manager (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

In his role you will manage the daily service delivery activities for the assigned client(s). You will be an advocate for Broadridge and your clients as well as you will maintain the highest level of contact with clients to ensure a strong and positive relationship exists. We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office and will work both on-site and remote. Responsibilities: + Maintain exceptional client relationships; leads investigation and successfully resolves any service/delivery and/or billing issues. + Responsible for all planning surrounding daily, month-end and annual production runs. This includes ensuring material is available, providing production with volumes and instructions, attending production planning meetings, communicating progress to the client and providing any reporting back to client. + You will participate in the planning/presenting at Quarterly reviews with the client. + Work with client and internal resources to implement client changes. + Identify and participates in meetings to implement process improvements. + Participates in cross functional groups that are implementing business initiatives. + Display a positive attitude and inspires others for greater performance. + Decline any decision which could breach BR best practice, cause harm/risk to a client or harm/overwhelm an associate. + May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned. Qualifications: + Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. + At least 2 years in a Client Services roles. + Strong Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong written and verbal skills. + Knowledge of Project Management and collaborative skills as well as process Management skills. + Financial Acumen knowledge. + Ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive and high-pressure environment. + Travel may be required. + Off hour engagement when required. Salary range $60,000- $65,000. Bonus Eligible.
