Compensation includes a base salary of $64,200.00 - $96,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Job summary:
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Client Relationship Management of Fleet Services as an Client Relationship Manager III, this role will provide and maintain a positive working relationship with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction with company products and services, ensure customer retention, minimize account churn, promote brand awareness and generate new business opportunities This role will regularly partner with our cross-functional team in sales, marketing, product, and others to scale this area of the business.
Responsibilities:
Manages day-to-day team activity and deployment.Ensures client relationships are developed, maintained and managed according to the company’s policies and customer expectations.Responsible for resolving a range of inquiries across product and service applications.Deals effectively with client issues, ranging from ‘how to’ questions to utilization and escalations, to invoicing and payment.Provides weekly analysis and reporting on customer metrics.Leverages data-driven insights to recommend improvements to CRM’s processes and generate enhancements to customer-specific engagements.Follows up with assigned customers to ensure effective issue resolution and close out.Assists with the determination of CRM engagement methodologies and evolution in response to changing customer needs.Develops and tracks customer satisfaction, quality and service metrics.Other responsibilities as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related field.Must be willing to undergo a background, motor vehicle report check, and drug screen after offer of employment has been madeMust be authorized to work in the United StatesDrug Testing
