Client Relationship Specialist
Job Summary

The Party Staff, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Specialist to join our Los Angeles team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to generate new business and meet internal quotas, while ensuring the needs of our clients are met. This role involves leading sales presentations, networking with potential clients, building relationships within the community, and working closely with internal teams to align with business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Development: Generate sales leads, plan strategically, lead sales presentations, and canvass for new clients and opportunities.Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through timely follow-ups and responses.Marketing Strategy: Create and implement marketing strategies to expand our client base and explore new business segments.Contract Negotiation: Partner with the accounting department and regional manager on contract negotiations, setting up accounts, receivables, contract terms, and rate negotiations.Collaboration: Work closely with the staffing department to communicate clients’ needs and expectations.Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed sales targets and service performance requirements through new and existing customer sales, while providing excellent service and customer satisfaction.Reporting: Generate and submit weekly activity reports to the branch or regional manager.Industry Engagement: Stay updated on industry trends, knowledge, and innovation by networking and participating in industry-related events, functions, and tradeshows.Sales Material: Assist in the development of new sales materials.Client Visits: Travel up to 25% to attend client events, assist with check-ins, greet staff, and ensure quality control.Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.Qualifications and EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, hospitality, or related field preferred.1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.Skills and AbilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to learn and use Mac and Mac-based programs.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information effectively.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.Active listening skills with the ability to understand clients' needs and address them effectively.Knowledge of personnel and human resources principles and administrative processes.

Pay Rate: $45,760-$47,840 base with uncapped commission
