As a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS), you have the opportunity to bring your passion for customer service to a role and a firm that will champion your growth in the financial services industry. You’ll play a critical role in the operational success of the Ultra High Net Worth team, under the guidance of your Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager, both of whom you will assist to help deliver an unparalleled client experience. **What you have**
Required Qualifications:
+ 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience preferred in financial services industry
+ Understanding of the financial services industry and/or securities industry
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Active and valid FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses **highly preferred**
+ Active FINRA Series 9/10
+ Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry.
+ While licensing is highly preferred, Charles Schwab will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66 and 9/10 licenses
+ Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
+ Outstanding written and oral communication skills
+ Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
+ Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
+ Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
+ Become a Notary
+ Able to adjust style of communication to best connect with others
+ Demonstrates and encourages collaboration and teamwork cross functionally and within his/her team
+ Demonstrates personal resilience and a commitment to continually learn
+ Able to remain positive and focused during times of pressure, adversity, or change
+ Actively engages and helps others succeed
+ Remains flexible in changing environmental, economic, and client need scenarios; proven experience demonstrating the ability to lead change within self and others positively
**In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.**
