GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Contribute to the objectives of developing a commercial effort that allows continuing the development of direct sales distribution channels in such a way that these represent more than 30% of HSBC Seguros' income, promoting long-term quality sales and adjust to customer needs.
Contribute to the objectives of achieving and exceeding the goals of the AOP of Insurance in Direct Sales, always seeking optimal levels of Persistence through high-quality sales by implementing the Insurance management model which includes training, coaching, incentive schemes and motivation, measurement and monitoring.
Lead multifunctional work teams with internal areas and external suppliers that allow the generation of new initiatives that lead to increased sales through various distribution channels.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS
· Monitor the monitoring of NETWORK campaigns on the processes, products and services that will be included as part of the results, monitoring at all times productivity and compliance with the objectives established in the AOP.
Guarantee the correct implementation of initiatives and strategies in the NETWORK, incorporating all products, services and suppliers to the existing ones to contribute to the achievement of objectives.
· Provide training and feedback through the area's productivity indicators, giving tools that contribute to the performance of the participants in the various campaigns.
· Monitor quality sales management and the activities of different suppliers seeking to improve Insurance persistence rates, generate a culture of talent development and continuous improvement, be a world-class example in our business, promoting work in internal and external team.
· Permanent and active participation in work meetings with those responsible for the group's NETWORK, as well as external ones.
· Seek synergies with the rest of the Commercial Management in the use of tools, information, processes, knowledge, etc.
· Strengthen the after-sales service by properly linking internal and external clients with the internal areas of the Insurance company.
· Support internal Insurance areas for the development of new products based on the needs of both internal and external clients.
Implement the Group's legal compliance policy locally by addressing compliance risk alongside the Global Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer, or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring legal compliance resources and training are adequate, promoting a culture of legal compliance and optimizing relationships with regulators; and continually identify and reassess the risks inherent in:
o the changing internal and external context; and
or daily operational activities and decisions.”
· Maintain HSBC's internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points along with any issues raised by external regulators
· Promote a culture of foresight with the “personal finance” plan.
