The Client Reporting Center of Excellence has global coverage of client reporting needs across all of Nuveen’s Public and Private Products. As part of this mandate, the team is tasked with a number of objectives, such as:
Assessing how we get information to clients sooner in the reporting cycle through automation and process improvementIdentifying areas we can provide more exhaustive data quality checks and uncover any issue pattern that require remediationCoordinating any narrative and commentary inputs required in reporting deliverablesStaying in tune with industry trends and evolving client demands to ensure we’re delivering the right types information to our clients
Key Responsibilities and Duties

You will be accountable for managing a number of critical projects that support the Reporting Center of Excellence meet their strategic objectives, partnering with the broader Global Client Services team as well as cross-functional partners across Nuveen. Some examples of projects and types of support required:
To standardize reporting across our global Private and Public platforms, gathering current state requirements of current client outputs to recommend where standardization is possibleIncorporating ESG reports to recommend target state outputs to share with Nuveen clientsTo support report automation efforts, work with Reporting Center of Excellence lead to gather requirements that can be consumed by IT and Operational partnersDevelop frameworks to help prioritize a large (and growing) list of change efforts across the Reporting Center of Excellence Identify and track program milestones to understand where escalation and resourcing is required to get initiatives back on trackEducational Requirements

In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
