We are seeking a talented individual to join our Surety Bonds Administration team at Marsh. This role will be based in Toronto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of surety bonds, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documentation and client interactions.
We will count on you to:
Assist in day-to-day administration operations associated with issuing surety bonds, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance of client documentation including bonds, prequalification letters, renewal certificates, invoices, and endorsements.Work in partnership with client executives to ensure approval of bonds, including the collection of information and presentation to sureties and clients.Support in data management and maintenance, preparing bond costing for tenders and final bonds, including primary and prorated return/additional premium costing.Provide support in conducting primary and secondary research with client executives on behalf of clients, such as pulling bond liabilities reports and collecting financial information.Maintain proper records for reporting and audit purposes, ensuring all documents are current and correct, and managing an electronic file system for scanned bonds and email documentation.What you need to have:
Proficiency in email, word processing, and spreadsheet software, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Internet Explorer, Outlook).Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment, demonstrating a willingness to learn new concepts and skills.Results-oriented with a strong client service focus, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What makes you stand out:
