Your job in a nutshell:
The Client Security Manager is a consulting and coordination role within the organization which is responsible for delivering the customer security related contractually agreed upon requirements. The Client Security Manager is in charge of all security-related business controls for assigned customers, collaborating with colleagues globally to deliver a secure and audit-compliant environment. As a highly visible customer facing role, the CSM will have regular interaction with both Atos and the customers senior management, maintaining an overview of all Information Security related activities as the first point of contact.
What will you be doing:
• Client Security Relationship Management
• Run account security governance forum, ensure operational security
• Develop and maintain client-specific account security plan
• Manage (receive, assess) and report security incidents
• Participate in security audit hosting and audit remediation activity
• Security Awareness and Security Authority (CAB/Project review)
• Develop and maintain appropriate Security Operating Procedures
• Escalate and resolve security delivery issues and coordinate delivery of security metrics and reporting in support of contractual commitment.
Requirements:
• Educated to degree level, or equivalent professional qualification in the field of IT/security
• Experience in IT outsourcing business or 5+ years in industry vertical (a plus)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a risk management, audit, security or a technical delivery role
• In-depth knowledge and a fully proven and practical experience of the security standard ISO:27001
• Experience of ISO 27001 security audits/compliance audits, (ISO 27001 Lead auditor certificate required, CISA a plus), CRISC, CISSP and/or CISM certification (a plus)
• Able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders, up to and including CXOs, within Atos, the Customer account team, suppliers and third parties, on a day-today basis. This communication will include face-to-face meetings, teleconferencing and presentations
• A strategic problem solver and result orientated with ability to lead effectively in diverse, multi-national and virtual environments
• Proficiency in German and English.
