Client Service Advisor - Commercial Insurance
Client Service Advisor – (Insolvency & Restructuring) We’re hiring! Are you looking for your next step within the insurance industry? This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Birmingham office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team in Birmingham. What the day will look like + The role is working within our Insolvency and Restructuring team providing risk solutions to insolvency practitioners and property receivers in the UK. + Typically, our clients get appointed to a variety of companies and assets. As a Client Service Advisor, you will be advising clients on these risks, finding solutions on a bespoke insurance facility and in the general insurance market. + You will handle the day-to-day service provided to clients, ensuring the highest level of service whilst supporting them with advice on their cover requirements. + You will work within agreed parameters of a Delegated Underwriting Authority ensuring the correct covers are in place and referring to the underwriter when required. + You will negotiate new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments on placements in the general insurance market. + You will be responsible for a busy caseload, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. + You will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working closely with the Client Directors to achieve an exceptional level of client service. + You will proactively manage client expectations, taking ownership of problems and their resolution, seeking help when necessary. + You will have the opportunity to meet clients, attend events and build excellent client relationships.
