Client Service Analyst

What does a successful Client Service Analyst do at Fiserv? 

As a successful Client Service Analyst, you will manage the day to day interactions with a specific client base as well as interact with internal production staff, technology and other internal teams. You will be responsible for client relationships, issue resolution, daily reconciliation and validation of work in support of internal production processes.

What you will do:

Provide service support to both internal and external clientsServe as a communication touch-point for integrated partners to connect with internal teamsUnderstand the specific details and needs of the client baseResponsible for managing in-bound requests from clients requesting assistance and/or reporting issuesUnder general supervision, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve basic to moderately complex functional technical and/or operations problemsMaintain communication throughout the resolution of outstanding issues

What you will need to have: 

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology or related field or an equivalent combination of education, work and/or military experience 2+ years of client support experienceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and maintain an even handed approach with clients and internal contacts while working with continually changing tasks in a fast paced environmentSolid problem solving skills and the ability to display innovation, research, investigation and analysis of issues

What would be great to have:

Previous experience in the Financial Services IndustryKnowledge of Fiserv systems, (PCF, ACS, Letters, DQ, Rules, 3270)Experience and knowledge of technical methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
