Client Service Analyst

This role is an opportunity to partner with a Client Service Associate or Client Service Senior Associate to understand client issues, be responsible for providing timely follow-up to clients, and be accountable for client satisfaction through the ownership of the problem.

As a Client Service Analyst within our Trade & Working Capital team, you will be resolving issues by identifying underlying or hidden problems and patterns while building knowledge of Trade & Working Capital products and services. You will serve as a liaison between the CSAM team, Operations, Product, Implementations to provide the best performance of the team, your department, and the firm. You will work independently with supervision and escalate complex issues as necessary to resolve customer requests in a timely manner, striving to exceed client expectations.

Job responsibilities

Identifies and controls risk to prevent fraudulent behavior and potential fraud exposurePrioritizes daily workload to maximize productivity utilizing time management and organizational skillsFollows all established policies, procedures and practicesActs confident and professional presence to our clients, other bank departments and the communityHandles scanning, pre-registration, registration and dispatching of incoming shipping documentsPrepares reconciliation reports for aging documents on weekly basis to support CSAMs in DubaiMaintains of inventory of incoming and outgoing documentsEnsures Trade Processing System user queues and Navigator cases are managed in timely manner Shares DHL tracking details on daily/weekly/ monthly basis to middle east beneficiaries via Navigator casesResponds to client queries regarding payment and acceptance status of documentsPartners with ops to follow-up with the banks that have not responded to SWIFT messages

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience primarily in banking or the financial service industry
