Key Responsibilities/ Capabilities
1st line support to ING Business clients in Asia covering technical/functional/product and onboarding support.Support for product/other related questions, implementation of channel after full onboarding intake is done.Maintenance, and any modification of channels following the global process procedure.ING Channel client demos and advisory role on ING Channel’s portal functionalitiesMinimum Qualifications and Capabilities
Must be fluent in Mandarin – required.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceAnalytical, flexible, open-minded and a team playerAbility to work under pressure and capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.Have a client driven approach.Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information succinctly and clearly to clients and partners.MS Office proficient with the ability to work with multiple applications at the same time.Results driven self- starter who can thrive in a fast- paced, collaborative, and cross- functional environment.Superior attention to detailsExperience working at a Payments and Cash department is an advantage.
