Client Service Analyst-Bilingual Spanish

As a Client Service Analyst within the Payments Client Service team for Latin America, you will play a crucial role in assisting top-tier clients with their Cash Management needs. You will work closely with major Latin American corporations and financial institutions, providing strategic advice, managing risk, and extending liquidity in global markets. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and supporting the team in delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as a support point for resolving service issues and liaise with bank partners to manage these issues.Support proactive client engagement by assessing progress, client satisfaction, and identifying potential service impediments.Help identify product/service gaps and development opportunities, leveraging Treasury Services Payments product capabilities.Collaborate with the Sales team to support the development of annual client-specific service strategy reviews.Utilize TS Payments product knowledge to assist in recommending product enhancements and service delivery plans.Communicate complex ideas and client issues clearly and support the team in delivering timely solutions.Ensure adherence to risk policies/practices and assist in educating clients on new legal, regulatory, and cyber changes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry and/or functional experience or a Business College degree with a basic understanding of Treasury Services Payments product sets.Ability to build working relationships with customers and internal partners. Possess basic negotiation and consultative skills, and communicate effectively with internal/external clients.Use technical knowledge to support value-added solutions for clients and partners. Assist in client product utilization to meet business objectives. Basic problem-solving skills and root cause analysis. Creative thinker.Ability to present oral and written communication in an organized, clear manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment; demonstrate ability to balance competing priorities and deliver on commitments.Apply sound judgment during decision-making processes; evaluate risk factors. Basic understanding of financial exposure and operational risk related to transactions associated with bank products and services.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Cash Management Banking knowledge is a plus.
