Provides infrastructure support to several Financial Advisors (FAs) from a corporate locationDriven to provide superior service for both internal and external clientsCreates internal partnerships with other functional support groups, as well as partnerships with external business partners for the products and services they provideWorks efficiently independently as well as in a team environmentApplies industry knowledge and problem-solving skills within the framework of the roleManages corporate recordsHandles customer requests and inquiriesManages the Financial Advisors’ calendars, including scheduling appointmentsProvides administrative support including faxing, scanning, uploading documents, and data entryQUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree; in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, Communications or Equivalent field, or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience in customer service, sales related occupationsFINRA Series 7 license required in order to be considered for this position. FINRA Series 65/66 license as well as appropriate state insurance licenses must be obtained within 90 days of start date.SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
