We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Disability Eligibility Analyst (DEA) to join our team. In this role, you will be in a key role to connect foster children to Social Security benefits through screening & identification, applications and management of pending applications with the Social Security Administration (SSA). You will leverage your expertise to support case workers and ensure accurate and efficient handling of various benefit-related tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supports customer service and operations for clients:Responsible for initiative planning and ongoing client relationship managementcollaborates with external vendors, external consultants, consulting team members, and/or other staff as required in support of initiatives.Responsible for acquiring and applying knowledge, best practices (external and internal), methodology, and tools to client organizations.Responds to inquiries and questions in a timely mannerWorks within a team to accomplish other duties on projects to meet necessary deadlines.Required Skills

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $66,560 to $75,000 . In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
