Client Service Coordinator
Description Apply Now Open sharing options Save Saved Share Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and administrative support? Ameriprise is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to support branch activities, as well as provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and Operations Leader. This position will be responsible for a wide variety of duties including administrative support to advisors, check scanning, mail handling, website updates, and expense reports. As the face of the branch, this individual will have the opportunity to make a memorable first impression with clients and lasting impact within the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general reception and office support, accountable for general office responsibilities including support to the Branch Manager and Operations Leader.

Process invoices and expense reports, order supplies, prepare reports, provide administrative support to the branch, compliance record keeping, etc.

Provide support for marketing, client acquisition events and activities. Assist with logistics marketing and client acquisition events, including venue, RSVPs, supplies, etc.

Prepare and submit marketing compliance documentation and marketing wholesaler reimbursement.

Required Qualifications

Associate (2-year) degree or equivalent.

1 -3 years relevant experience required.

Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and maintain operational quality, demonstrated integrity.

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact efficiently with clients during phone calls, emails or in person.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, strong client service orientation.

Strong ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities, strong attention to detail.

Proficient with standard software and office equipment.
