Client Service Intern

 

Overview

The Intern will work alongside Associates, Research Manager and Project Managers in the Client Service team to support them with delivery on multiple projects in different industries. What You'll Do:

Data entry and updating of the CRM database Assist in onboarding administration and compliance of top industry subject matter experts into the Guidepoint network Assist the team with other administration and/ or operational tasks  Coordination of phone consultation sessions for subject matter experts Assist with occasional industry research across multiple sectors based on project needs in the team Assist the Client Service team with their outreach strategy to approach relevant subject matter experts Operate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint colleagues

Skills you will learn:

What You Have:

High level fluency in Japanese and English Able to work at least 3 days a week (flexible for it to be full days or half days) and ideally a minimum of 25 hours each week You must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn Hard working and diligent Ability to work independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Effective time management skills
