Client Service Manager
**KOMAN Government Solutions** has an immediate need for a seasoned Client Service Manager (CSM) to support our federal environmental remediation and munitions business lines. This position will be fully remote but will require travel to various project and client sites. The CSM will manage and execute all aspects of multiple projects/contracts, emphasizing P&L, safety, and quality. **WHY WORK HERE?** + Competitive Salary: $140k- $170k + 401k with Company Match + Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits + Employee and Family Assistance Program (EAP) + Short- and long-term disability + Health care and dependent care spending accounts + Paid Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays + Life insurance **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Responsible for leading, planning, developing, and delivering technical/cost proposals, and assisting in the identification of strategic opportunities and potential new clients. + Cultivate and maintain client relationships and lead sales and marketing efforts for assigned clients/market areas. + Lead business development effort to follow-up on leads, mine contracts and identify, develop, and maximize existing and future opportunities. + Supervises and/or mentors Project Managers and other staff responsible for day-to-day operations on multiple projects/contracts. + Develop, implement, and support safety and quality control programs for all contracts and projects. + Manage budgets, internal cost reporting, P&L, on all projects and contracts assigned. + Develops and manages contract and project schedules, compliance components, contractual requirements, and obtains favorable CPARS ratings. **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, geology, civil, environmental, or chemical engineering, or related field required. + 10+ years of relevant work experience, including project and program management experience for federal agencies. + Professional certification/registration in a relevant field such as, Professional Geologist (PG), Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or similar is strongly desired. + Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring project success and fostering a collaborative work environment. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities and deadlines across multiple proposals/projects/programs. + Ability to travel to conferences, client locations, and project sites. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to edit, oversee, and prepare high-quality technical reports with attention to detail. _As a Federal Contract Employer, KOMAN Families of Companies follows Federal Laws as it pertains to drug testing.
