Client Service Manager - Affinity Small Business
You will be joining a high performing team with excellent growth opportunities Position will be based in Parramatta or Brisbane Flexible working arrangements available Client Services Manager We are seeking a Client Services Manager to join our Affinity Small Business team who service an existing portfolio of Australian SME clients, responsible for retention & driving new business growth. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Insurance Brokers. The team are responsible for renewing, retaining and growing our client base. In this role, the Client Services Manager will ensure communication on Aon strategy, team and individual KPIs, development and training of colleagues and ensure quality standards are met. They will inspire confidence and commitment across the team and create a supportive team culture. They ensure retention of our people through honest and genuine conversations and regular feedback. What the day will look like Ensuring all client needs are identified and met by taking a pro-active approach to all aspects of account retention and service delivery through the adoption and utilisation of our systems and platforms Collaborating with various Aon team / business leaders regarding best practice and product delivery Providing technical support to the team, training on products, and assist with the development of new products, systems and processes where applicable Ensures colleague portfolio allocation is reviewed and actioned quarterly in advance Contribute to the development and execution of Affinity small business strategies  Driving new business initiatives and growth strategies across the team Support and coach colleagues in managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries  Skills and experience that will lead to success This position will suit someone with the following experience: Exceptional leadership skills Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills Client Services/Sales mentality and ability to make a connection with clients (Sales) Insurance industry experience Tier 1 Qualification Experience in building retention & growth Be a strong people leader Analyze information and data, to find opportunities and prioritize How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
