We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Service Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

Ensure services agreed are provided to the client within the Operating MemorandumEnsure that client enquiries are responded to in a polite and timely manner and monitor completeness and accuracy to drive service improvementCo-ordinate the negotiation and business agreement of new/bespoke client service requestsEnsure client reporting and management information is delivered as agreed with the clientWork in close co-ordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service management and proactive management of client issues and requirementsEnsure full understanding of clients and their operating modelEnsure full understanding of client’s needs and requirements and develop a suitable service plan to selected clients baseUnderstand the external regulatory environment and compliance issuesReviewing, analysing and sharing with clients, the impact of regulatory changesUnderstand client requirement and convey information / message for resolution in efficient effective mannerBuilds trusting relationships with internal and external clients
