We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Client Service Manager - INTEGRATED CLIENT SERVICING_TKH.
Principal responsibilities
Advise clients on GTRF products and processes with an aim to reduce discrepancies, drive efficiency and create positive client experience.Provide guidance and support to clients on transaction-level documentation, after account opening handover from Business Development Managers (BDMs).When managing client inquiries, where applicable, to promote HSBC’s digital channels and increase clients’ utilization to self-serve via these channels.Document clarifications/enquiries.Receive and resolve clients' transactional queries, issues and complaints.Coordinate with Transaction Services, BDMs, RMs and other internal/ external parties for service performance and issues. Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
