Job Description

The Client Service Rep is responsible for providing support to clients of Compliance Services.  This role is versatile and includes work in various areas including HCP Tiering and Background Screenings.  Preferred experience in nursing, medical education, administration, and client engagement. Experience in Pharmaceutical compliance regulations is a plus.  Detailed process orientation and superior communication skills is critical.

Responsibilities:

HCP Screenings

Review HCP data and perform reviews of public database records for validation and listed exclusionsPrepare supporting documents of screenings that are clear and conciseInterpret exclusion information to provide client recommendationsHCP CV Evaluations (tiering)Read HCP CVs and interpret information for market scoringRecord tiering results using client specific tracker or technology systems

General

Effectively communicates requests for required information (e.g., missing information, clarification of information, documentation)Proactively identifies and communicates screening/tiering discrepancies internally/externally.Perform quality reviews and validation of data inputsTrack requests and prepares summary of results for clientEffectively communicates project status to Manager on a consistent basisMaintains records and reporting on client accountsProvide weekly reports on status of all activities to Client stakeholdersAdherence to various policies (i.e. confidentiality, sensitive communication, intellectual property)Competency RequirementsBackground in Pharmaceutical, Nursing, Nursing Management, Client Engagement, Technology Services or Software Industry desirable, but not mandatoryProficiency in MS-Office, Word, Excel, and OutlookAdobeGood organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines working within a time sensitive environmentAbility to multi-task and prioritizeSuperior customer serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and work within a team environmentWilling to work in night shiftAmenable to work in Mckinley Taguig
