At PET Emergency Treatment, in beautiful Anchorage, Alaska, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality 24-hour emergency service to our community. At PET, we encourage our staff to progress clinically and professionally through continual education and training while working directly with a team of exceptional Veterinarians and technical staff.
Compensation:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Benefits offered:Paid time off, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, 401K, Flexible schedule, Healthcare spending or reimbursement accounts such as HSAs or FSAs, Retirement benefits or accounts, Education assistance or tuition reimbursement, Employee discounts, Workplace perks such as food/coffee and flexible work schedules, Relocation assistance.Benefit Conditions:Waiting period may applyOnly full-time employees eligibleA PET Emergency Treatment Client Services Representative:Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.Opens customer accounts by recording account information.Maintains customer records by updating account information.Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.Manages large amounts of incoming callsHandles complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolutionFollows communication procedures, guidelines and policiesGoes the extra mile to engage customersProvides a warm and compassionate greeting to every customer over the phone and in personListens with intent to understand and provide the best guidance for the customer in person and over the phone.Determines the triage level of each pet over the phone and in personProvides excellent communication between clients, staff and doctorsManages the client flow from check-in, to appointment, and check-out, ensuring an exceptional client experience.Is able to offer emotional support to grieving clients in a compassionate and discreet manner.This is an amazing opportunity to work with people and pets, while representing a company that focuses on medical quality with excellent benefits!
