CentiMark Corporation (the nation's largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor) is seeking an energetic and positive Client Service Representative to support National Accounts in Chandler, AZ!

The National Accounts Customer Service Representative will be responsible for working with some of CentiMark’s largest customers managing and assisting with their daily roofing service needs.

This position offers annual compensation of $40k - $45k, plus premier benefits!

Job Summary:

Receiving and reviewing client’s roof service needsCreating service work orders and disseminating the information internallyPhone and email outreach to clients to support and sell their service needsEducation of our customers on what service solutions are best for their facility’s needsNavigation of current customer information to help determine what services are best to present to the customer as it relates to roofing servicesCommunicating internally with National Account Managers, Project Managers, Sales Representatives and Operations TeamTracking of service opportunities through Salesforce to ensure the best possible customer service for our customersBilling resolutions that arise on service projects

Candidate Requirements:

Ability to own and navigate sales conversations on the phoneMust be fluent in English and have excellent writing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with polished telephone etiquetteStrong work ethic with persistent and strategic follow-upStrong organizational skillsMust be detail oriented and ability to establish priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent customer service skillsFamiliar with Microsoft Office and Gmail - requiredFamiliar with Salesforce.com a plusFamiliar with SAP a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
