The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for: **Responsibilities (Client Service Representative):** + Greet clients and their pets upon arrival with a friendly, welcoming demeanor + Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient records + Process payments and assist with billing inquiries + Maintain an organized and clean front desk area + Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience for both them and their pets Schedule: + 8 hour shifts Experience: + Customer service: 2 years (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift Alternating Saturdays Work Location: In person If you are a current associate, you will need to apply through our internal career site.
