VCA Chatsworth Veterinary Center in Chatsworth, CA, is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative . Why We Need You
As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:

Responsibilities (Client Service Representative):

Greet clients and their pets upon arrival with a friendly, welcoming demeanorAnswer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient recordsProcess payments and assist with billing inquiriesMaintain an organized and clean front desk areaProvide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience for both them and their pets

Schedule:

8 hour shifts

Experience:

Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:
Day Shift
Alternating Saturdays
